Our services
International Training and Hosting
We prepare the local side of the programme for organisations that send teachers, staff, students or adult groups to Montenegro. Starting from the sending organisation's learning objectives, we identify the schools, institutions and businesses to be visited, set up the daily schedule and bring together in a single timetable the arrangements participants will need from arrival to departure.
This service concerns receiving the visiting group in Montenegro; writing the Erasmus+ application is a separate service, described on the EU, Public and Erasmus+ Projects page. Accommodation, transfers and local transport are coordinated with service providers. The participation of the institutions to be visited depends on their approval and schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Can you also write our Erasmus+ application?
Yes, but this is a separate service. Writing the application is carried out under EU, Public and Erasmus+ Projects; hosting concerns the implementation of the approved programme in Montenegro.
Are you an accredited host organisation?
We do not declare any accreditation on this page. If your programme requires a specific document or status, we check this together at the start and tell you clearly whether it can be met.
Are the institutions to be visited confirmed?
Visits depend on the approval and schedule of the institutions concerned. We build the programme around these approvals, and if a visit cannot take place, we decide on an alternative together with the sending organisation.
Do you own the accommodation and vehicles?
No. Accommodation, transfers and local transport are coordinated with service providers. We share the options and conditions with you in advance.
How much does the programme cost?
The fee depends on the group size, duration, number of visits and accommodation preferences. After receiving the initial information, we prepare a written proposal.
