We work with organisations and companies that want to start a new business, project or programme in Montenegro. Our services are grouped into seven areas: EU, public and Erasmus+ projects; international training and hosting; company formation and business set-up; residence and relocation processes; feasibility and investment consulting; finding clients and business development; and warehousing and logistics.

These areas often affect one another. The formation of a company affects the timetable of the residence process, the feasibility of an investment affects warehouse and transport needs, and a meeting with a new buyer directly affects the logistics plan. For this reason, we do not plan each task on its own but together with the other steps it depends on. The scope is set out in writing every time.

Alongside our consulting services, we build and operate our own digital products for the Montenegrin market. Oglasko is a classifieds platform for property and vehicle listings for sale and rent across Montenegro. Popravko is a platform that connects people looking for a service with professionals in Podgorica; within the company and in its Turkish interface it is also known as “Usta Bul”. Each platform serves its users on its own domain, under its own terms of use.

Adriatic Bridge is the platform used by Nevladino udruženje „Jadranski Most“, an association registered in Podgorica, for EU projects, Erasmus+ and international partnerships. The platform is developed and managed by the Invest Consulting team; the association is a separate legal person. Details and links for each platform are on the Brands and platforms page.

Every assignment begins with a meeting in which we listen to what you want to do, your timeline and the resources you have. We then carry out an analysis to identify eligibility, the required documents, possible costs and risks.

At the end of the analysis, we set out the scope in writing: we state clearly which work we will carry out and which work will be done by lawyers, notaries, accountants, customs agents or other service providers. During implementation, we carry out the application, formation, programme or operational steps according to an agreed schedule; afterwards, we monitor the process until it is closed, covering reporting, renewals and next steps.

Our experience in project preparation, applications to grant and incentive programmes, and Erasmus+ applications comes from work carried out in Türkiye under the Hibe Analiz brand. This experience is the starting point of our project and funding consulting service in Montenegro.

Work completed by Invest Consulting in Montenegro will be shared separately in this section with the consent of the parties concerned and once it has been verified. The platforms are not presented as client references. We do not publish client names, project numbers or success rates on this page.

We do not prepare architectural designs, structural calculations or construction drawings; our feasibility studies are limited to economic and operational analysis. Work that requires a licence or authorisation, such as legal representation, notarial procedures, accounting records and customs declarations, is carried out by the relevant specialists.

No grant approval, residence permit or sales outcome is guaranteed. These decisions rest with the relevant institutions, programme authorities and commercial parties. Our responsibility is to carry out the work we take on within the agreed scope, with care and transparency.
