Feasibility and Investment Consulting
Before you enter an investment, a new facility or a new market, we set out the economic and operational basis of the decision. We examine the market and competitors, and model investment and operating costs, income assumptions and cash flow; we show the break-even point, the payback period and how the results change under different scenarios.
The study we prepare is an economic and operational analysis. We do not prepare architectural designs, structural calculations or construction drawings; if such technical inputs are needed, they are obtained from authorised engineers and architects and added to the analysis as data. The feasibility report can also be prepared for use by institutions in grant or loan applications, or in meetings with investors.

Frequently asked questions
Do you prepare construction or architectural drawings?
No. Architectural designs, structural calculations and construction drawings are not within the scope of this service. If needed, this work is prepared by authorised engineers and architects; we use its results as data in the economic analysis.
Will the report show that the investment will be profitable?
The report shows possible outcomes based on clearly stated assumptions. The actual outcome depends on market conditions and implementation; for this reason, we present different scenarios and risks together.
Can the report be submitted to a bank or grant programme?
We can prepare the report according to the structure expected where it will be used. If the institution has its own format or template, simply share it at the start. Acceptance of the report depends on the assessment of the institution concerned.
What data do you use?
We use the information you provide, publicly available statistics and sources, and quotations obtained from service providers. We state the source of every assumption in the report.
How long does it take to prepare the report?
The time depends on the breadth of the scope and whether the data is available. After receiving the initial information, we propose a written work plan and timetable.
