Our services

EU, Public and Erasmus+ Projects

This service is about turning an idea into the structure that a funding programme expects. First, we examine which EU, national or Erasmus+ call your organisation is eligible for; then we write the project rationale, objectives, activity plan, work packages and budget in line with the call guidelines. If the project is accepted, we can also provide support during implementation, document management and reporting.

We handle two different types of work separately. In project preparation for public institutions, the applicant is a municipality, school or public body; the institution designs its own project, and we develop the needs analysis, project logic and application text together with it. In applications for public support programmes, a business or organisation wants to benefit from a grant or incentive programme opened by a public authority; we prepare the eligibility conditions, required documents and application file. Writing an Erasmus+ application is part of this service; hosting an approved programme in Montenegro falls under a separate service, International Training and Hosting.

Working steps

  1. Call and eligibility screening

We compare your organisation's structure, past activities and objectives with open calls, and list the programmes you could apply to, with notes on eligibility.

  2. Clarifying the project idea

Together, we set out the problem, the target group, the expected results and the link with the call's priorities in a one-page project summary.

  3. Partnership and division of tasks

If the call requires a partnership, we carry out the partner search and set out in writing each partner's role, contribution and share of the budget.

  4. Application text and budget

We write the sections of the application form, the work packages, the activity timetable and the budget justification in line with the call guidelines, and submit them to your organisation for approval.

  5. Checks and preparation for submission

We review the annexes, signature and registration requirements using a checklist, and support your organisation in submitting the application before the deadline.

  6. Support after approval

If the project is accepted, we define separately the scope of support for the implementation timetable, document management, and interim and final reports.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee that the application will be approved?

No. The evaluation and decision belong to the body managing the programme or to the national agency; approval is not guaranteed. Our work is to help ensure that the application is prepared in line with the call conditions, consistently and completely.

What is the difference between project preparation for public institutions and applications for public support programmes?

In the first, the applicant is a public institution developing its own project; we support the institution in the design and writing process. In the second, the applicant is a business or organisation that wants to benefit from a grant or incentive programme opened by a public authority; we help with the eligibility assessment and the application file.

Are writing an Erasmus+ application and hosting the same service?

No. Writing the application is within the scope of this service. Hosting an approved mobility programme in Montenegro, its daily programme and local organisation are covered by the International Training and Hosting service. The two services can be requested together or separately.

Who submits the application?

The application is submitted in the name of the applicant organisation and from its account. We prepare the text and annexes together; the final check and the decision to submit belong to your organisation.

Where does your project experience in Türkiye come from?

The project and grant consulting work in Türkiye was carried out by our affiliated brand Hibe Analiz. This work is not presented as work completed by the Montenegrin company.
