Data controller

The controller of the data you share through the contact form is INVESTCONSULTING MNE DOO (Montenegro). You can write to info@investdanismanlik.com with any question or request about your personal data. E-mails sent to this address are forwarded to and answered from the mailbox of Hibe Analiz, our affiliated brand in Türkiye.

What data do we collect?

Through the contact form, we collect the type of request you select, your first name and surname, your e-mail address, the message you write and, optionally, the name of your organisation or company and your phone number. To send the form, you must confirm that you have read this information. Unless it is necessary, please do not share health information, identity numbers or similar sensitive information in your message.

Manufacturer application and sourcing request forms

In the manufacturer application and sourcing request forms we collect the company name, the contact person's name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, city and country, website, product or request details and the services you choose. This information is stored in our application database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, you receive an application number and a notification email is sent to our team. We do not record your IP address or browser details in the application record.

To match a suitable manufacturer with a buyer, we share your company and contact details with the other party only if you have separately agreed to this in the form and our team has approved the match, and only with the company concerned. Sharing between manufacturers in Türkiye and buyers in Montenegro is a transfer of data abroad and is based solely on this explicit consent. If you do not agree, we still review your application, but we do not pass your details to the other party.

We keep application records for no more than 24 months after the application is closed; after that the record is deleted or anonymised so that you can no longer be identified. If a business relationship is formed, the information needed for it is kept separately in line with statutory retention periods.

What do we use the data for?

We use the data from the contact form only to review your request, reply to you and continue the conversation about your request. Your data is not sold. We send service updates and announcements only if you have separately agreed to this in the manufacturer application or sourcing request form, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the explicit consent you give when sending the form and the need to respond to a request you have initiated. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.

How long do we keep it?

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and continue the conversation about it. When this need no longer exists, your data is deleted. If your request leads to a business relationship, the information needed for that relationship is processed after you have been informed separately.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and form submissions are processed through this infrastructure. The content of the form is delivered to our team's mailbox through an e-mail sending service. These service providers access the data only to the extent necessary to provide their service. Because of this infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers outside Montenegro. To tell automated submissions apart, the form may use the Cloudflare Turnstile security check; it loads only when you interact with the form and is processed by Cloudflare.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we process about you, to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data, to request the deletion of your data and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, simply write to info@investdanismanlik.com from the e-mail address you used in the form. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time, to the extent that we can verify your identity. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can apply to the data protection authority in the country where you are located.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Only a language preference cookie called "lang" is used to remember the language you have selected; this cookie does not contain personal data and is not used for any other purpose. When you arrive through a social media or campaign link, the campaign tags in that link (source, channel, campaign and content name) and the address of the landing page are saved with your enquiry only if you submit a form on that same page, and are kept for as long as the enquiry record. Nothing is stored in your browser. We also keep daily total visit counts per campaign that contain no IP address or browser information. No cookies are used for this.

Which legislation applies?

Because the data controller is established in Montenegro, Montenegrin legislation on the protection of personal data is the primary basis. For persons located in Türkiye, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK, Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) may also apply. Which legislation applies may vary depending on where the person is located and the nature of the processing.
