Each area can be requested as a service on its own. Most assignments, however, require several areas to be handled together; this is why we define the scope together with you, based on your needs.

    We work at every stage of the project cycle, from finding a suitable fund and call to writing the application, and to management and reporting after approval.

  • International Training and Hosting

    We host organisations that send groups to Montenegro for training, job shadowing or work placements, providing the programme, local organisation and participant support.

  • Company Formation and Business Set-up

    Before you start operating in Montenegro, we assess your business model and organise the formation documents and first operational steps together with the relevant specialists.

  • Residence and Relocation Processes

    We explain the steps of the residence application, support the preparation of documents and the follow-up of appointments, and assist you during relocation. The outcome of the application depends on the decision of the authorised institutions.

  • Feasibility and Investment Consulting

    Before an investment decision, we prepare analyses that set out the market, costs, return and risks in figures.

  • Finding Clients and Business Development

    We research buyers, distributors and suppliers in the target market, plan meetings and follow up the quotation process.

  • Warehousing and Logistics

    From receiving goods to dispatch, and from Türkiye–Montenegro transport to local distribution, we coordinate operations together with the relevant service providers.
