How it works

  1. You send your request and your reference number appears on screen.
  2. We review the request and ask for details if needed.
  3. We identify suitable manufacturers and share details only with both sides’ consent.
  4. The manufacturer sends a quotation and we follow up the talks.
  5. Where needed, we plan import, transport and storage with authorised customs agents and partners.

Who acts as importer?

Whose name the goods are imported in is agreed at the start. The importer, or an authorised customs agent acting for the importer, makes the declaration.

Can I ask for a product that isn’t in the catalogue?

Yes. Choose “New product or manufacturer”.

Will my details be shared with manufacturers?

Only with your consent and once a match has been approved.
